Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, easytotranslate, Elkenbachstraße 46, 60316 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Email: support@easytotranslate.com, Phone: +49 160 9889046, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already performed until the time you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.
Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performing after you had given your express consent to this and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract. We obtain this consent explicitly and separately in the final checkout step (an unticked checkbox).

For situations outside the statutory right of withdrawal (for example business customers who are not consumers), the cancellation terms in our Terms of business, clause 7, apply: free cancellation before work begins; pro-rata payment for work already performed once work has begun; for interpreting bookings, a 50% charge for cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment, and 100% for cancellation less than 24 hours before.
