Interpreting has a different anxiety attached to it than document work: is an interpreter for this language and date even available, and — at a notary, a court, an immigration interview — what happens if something gets miscommunicated. We book on-site interpreters in Frankfurt and remote interpreters for meetings, notarial appointments, authority and court appointments, and conferences, in a defined, transparently priced time block.
This is the only purchasable service sold in time blocks rather than words or pages, and the configurator reflects that directly: pick hourly, half-day or full-day, on-site or remote, and see the total before you book — no separate quote step for a standard booking.

How far in advance do I need to book?
As early as possible, especially for less common language pairs or sworn-interpreter appointments — same-week booking is often possible for common pairs, subject to availability.
What happens if my appointment runs over the booked block?
Extra time is billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments where the interpreter’s schedule allows — we’ll confirm on the day if it’s possible.
Do I need a sworn interpreter, or is a standard interpreter enough?
Courts, notaries and some authorities specifically require a sworn (vereidigte) interpreter — tell us the appointment type and we’ll confirm what’s required.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or reschedule before work begins; less than 48 hours before the assignment, 50%; less than 24 hours, 100% — the day is reserved for you specifically.
